- What you need before you startLicence, script access, an AI provider key, and optional Shopify read access.
- Install the script tagCopy the Formo snippet from Setup, paste it on your store, and wait for Connected.
- Install per platformExact click-paths for Shopify, WooCommerce, Squarespace, Webflow, and other HTML sites.
- Connecting ShopifyCreate a custom app with read_orders and read_customers, then paste the Admin token in Formo.
- Connecting each AI providerGet a key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or Groq and save it encrypted in Formo.
- Going live safelyDry Run first, then Live. Pause anytime. Caps degrade to contact capture, never an error.
