Who we are

These terms govern your use of the Formo website and Formo Support. By using the site or buying a product, you agree to them.

Products

Formo sells Formo Support — a hosted AI customer support chatbot for online stores. Delivery is digital: a licence, dashboard access, and the embeddable widget. You receive access after purchase via the checkout provider.

Your accounts

You connect your own AI provider key and, optionally, Shopify. Keys are encrypted at rest and processed only on Formo servers as needed to run the relay. You remain responsible for third-party provider accounts.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale, reverse-engineer payment flows, or resell our product except as allowed by your licence.

Liability

Formo Support is a tool. You are responsible for testing it against your store before going live. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Formo is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages arising from use of the product. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
